By texting our number and opting in to receive messages from Mr. Browns Brisket Society LLC ("The Brisket Society"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

About Us

The Brisket Society is a private membership BBQ dining club based in Northern California, hosting invitation-only Feasts for our members. Contact: info@brisketsociety.com.

Program Description

The Brisket Society SMS program sends membership welcome messages, Feast event invitations, RSVP confirmations, and community updates to opted-in members via SMS and MMS. The program is inbound-only: we send messages only in response to members who initiate contact.

Opt-In

You opt in to this program by texting our designated number. By doing so, you consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from The Brisket Society.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 4 messages per month, based on event activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to opt in to our messaging program. By texting our number, you confirm you are 18 or older and that the mobile number you are using belongs to you.

Liability

The Brisket Society is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or technical problems beyond our control.
